Communication
Slack — primary channel for Band Leadership Team coordination. Leaders should watch for a Slack invite and be ready for kickoff meetings when announced.
Discord / GroupMe — some sections also use these for student-to-student communication within woodwinds, brass, percussion, or other groups. Section leaders share invite details when a group is active.
Program-wide family updates still flow through director email, the website calendar, and Band.us.
