Band Camp Week 2 action items

  • Super-suit sizing — submit measurements before the end of camp via the uniform sizing form (formal late-season / high-profile uniforms, separate from tracksuits)
  • BSN track attire — shop closed Aug 3; veterans with fitting prior attire are set; percussion needs pants + hats from that order (hoodies separate)
  • Drumline — SVVSD Staff Convocation performance Tue Aug 11 · call 8:30 a.m. Skyline HS · perform 9:00 a.m.
  • Camp — Aug 3–4 start 4:30 p.m.; Aug 5–6 return to 4:00 p.m.

  • Jul 31 — BoCo Fair parade rehearsal @ Silver Creek HS (report 9:00 a.m. north side; dismissed 11:00 a.m.)
  • Aug 1 — BoCo Fair Parade, Longmont · call 9:00 a.m. Roosevelt Park (8th & Coffman) · step-off 10:00 a.m.
  • Aug 3–4 — Camp starts 4:30 p.m. (choir retreat schedule change); Aug 5–6 return to 4:00 p.m.
  • Aug 6, 7:15 p.m. — Parent Preview & Ice Cream Social @ Tiger Stadium (~30 min; auditorium weather backup)
  • Aug 3 — BSN performance attire orders close
  • Aug 11 & 13 — Refresher camp 5:00–8:00 p.m.

EHS Bands gives students the chance to play fun music, hang with great people, and perform regularly across marching, concert, jazz, percussion, and special-event ensembles. Families and Band Boosters help make that experience possible.

Performance attire orders close August 3

Students who need an EHS band ball cap, track pants, or track jacket should order by August 3 through the BSN attire shop. Returning members with attire that still fits are set. Band shoes (approx. $47) and class dues are paid separately on RevTrak.

Financial help is available privately via Mr. Fruits — required attire should never block participation.
